I am an experienced therapist, specialising in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, with over fifteen years of experience, providing the very best in professional, corrective and therapeutic massage therapy.

I am also a Fitness Trainer and an instructor in the Internal Martial Art of Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu, with myself also being ITEC and APNT qualified, a Premier Training Graduate and fully insured, continuously updating my knowledge and skills, treating many people, suffering from chronic to stress related conditions. Each session is tailored to a clients needs and quality assured, where massage provides a natural way to improve wellness and relaxation, making it a must for maintaining and increasing physical and mental well being.
