I am an experienced therapist specialising in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, with over 15 years of experience, providing the very best in professional, corrective and therapeutic massage therapy.

I am also a Fitness Trainer and an instructor in the Internal Martial Art of Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu, with myself also being ITEC and APNT qualified, a Premier Training Graduate and fully insured, continuously updating my professional knowledge and skills, whilst treating many people suffering from chronic ailments to stress related conditions. Each session is tailored to a clients specific needs and quality assured.
